Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Facility

This new maintenance facility for a major Chicago construction firm features over 40,000 S.F. of service area for heavy road construction vehicles, and utilizes four 20-ton overhead cranes as well as under floor and overhead fluid distribution systems. The two-story administrative and training offices are accessed via a green glass and white precast atrium, reflecting the firm’s company colors.
