Logisticenter is a 300-acre development, located in the southwest quadrant of the cloverleaf interchange of Interstate 39 and I-88. The flexibility of the sites allows for a total of 5,000,000 S.F. of single-tenant and multi-tenant distribution, and manufacturing facilities ranging from 187,000 S.F. to 594,500 S.F.  Each building within the development can be rail-served by both Union Pacific and the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroads.
