The Oakcrest project was an addition to an existing sheltered care facility.  The addition is attached yet maintains complete separation of systems from the existing facility.

The new addition provides long or short-term residency for more independent older adults. It has a 2-story atrium space for activities and dining, along with an exercise room and parlor for more intimate gatherings.
