IRIS USA, Inc. is an office, warehouse, and manufacturing facility, which is home to the U.S. division of one of the world's largest plastics manufacturers.  This facility was designed with an emphasis on tightly controlled interaction between functions.

Three crane rails, with a total capacity of 30 metric tons, keep the sixty-two molding machines in their most productive positions.  The office area is also designed to facilitate the smooth flow of information.  Two-thirds of the office area is open plan, much of which enjoys natural light.
