Located adjacent to a residential neighborhood, the design concept was to develop a building in harmony with its neighbors while maintaining its own identity. Owned and managed by Central Dupage Health Systems, the facility houses a reception area, computer center, seven exam rooms, a laboratory, and five private doctor offices. The use of materials such as face brick, asphalt shingles, double hung operable windows with shutters, and a residential style of design, maintain the "look" of the neighboorhood. The success of the design was substantiated when Harris Architects was Presented the "Traveling Trophy Design Award" by the Village of Glen Ellyn.
