There is a 45,000 S.F. office complex and a 333,500 S.F. freezer/cooler space with 52 exterior loading docks. The site has space for 174 trailer stalls and includes a 9,750 S.F. maintenance building for equipment and trucks. Central Grocers is proud of its green building, which powers its 225 pieces of equipment using hydrogen fuel cells. The building is the first in the world to power all of its machinery by hydrogen fuel cell technology.
