This proposed two story mixed use facility emulates the design guidelines and intent of the City of Waukegan’s downtown redevelopment. Across from the newly renovated Genesee Theater, Academy Square provides retail opportunities, office space, and an inviting dining experience. The building will be constructed of masonry and limestone, and is anchored in design by the accented corner entry of the restaurant.
